Dream within a Dream achievement not popping

I can't get the achievement either.

"Dream within a Dream" is bugged. Managed to drop 3 unique maps (from boss, regular mob & chest) within an unique map and no achievement. Not in the game challenges menu nor on Steam.
Shame. |

UPDATE: Tried the Otherworldly Incubator method within a unique map also does not work. I did it with 2 incubators.
Please we need a fix! |

Same issue here. Had Death and Taxes and Hall of Grandmasters drop from Caer Blaidd boss and neither gave me the achievement.

3.27 standard league. Running beachhead unique map. Caer Blaidd dropped off a non-boss harbinger mob, no achievement.

This achievement has been broken for months now. No GGG feedback also.
We need a fix please. |
