Memory tears not spawning in maps ( after the patch ? )

impossible to do "recollections realised" challenge

White map with no content works as advised earlier.
- Disable all content via atlas passives, give points to scarab and map find if you want.
- Do not select exarch or eater. (I am not selecting Maven either)
- Give some points to "Atlas Memories" (Top) according to your choice.

Also:
- Merc on hold (reserve)
- Horizon bad T16 into Canyon for speedruns
- Slow builds use 2 x 70% Rotgut

With decent clear you will notice frequent:
Nameless Seer, Mist, and T17 map drops!
+ Map boss drops (maps) and Kirac missions

Stacks of Sacrifice fragments to keep count.
Average 10 maps to trigger Eagon?

Did this and found a memory tear instantly.

Will keep playing and see if it improves

I have this issue as well. Wasnt planning for 40/40 because of a very late start to league but still sucks.

As soon as I tried this - 2nd map and tear on white map (no maven or eater/exarch selected)

I am now 10 days without a tear. I ran 20+ maps yesterday with the linked atlas tree. I have spent the last week running stuff with no voidstones, "normal" maps of various tiers, 17 or so kirac missions. No maven or eldritch influence. No atlas passives specced, just scarab and maps nodes with no content blocked, same but with all content blocked.

I have to be approaching 200+ maps actively trying to spawn a tear and nothing. This is on top of all the maps I ran prior while getting all my other atlas passives. I finished the memory tear questline pretty early in my atlas passive work - before I did shaper, elder, maven, or sirus. I have tried every single thing posted in this thread, in other bug forum threads, in reddit posts. Nothing works. No memory tears. I've seen a lot of reflecting mists, I've had 4-5 hive brains, I've seen the nameless seer twice. No tears.


I've gone from level 94 to 75% of the way through 96 with a ton of deaths in the middle. No tear. At this point either I have the worst luck in the world or there is actually something wrong with my character that is preventing tears from spawning in my maps.


Edit: about 15-20 maps about posting this I finally found one....
