Update for Secrets of the Atlas Console Launch and Boss Kill Event

Guy's!!! The only way that our complains will hopefully work in the future is, don't give them Money ever again, until they change there Console policy and show that we are not a by-product...

PS5. The game politely informs "A new game patch has been released, an update is needed. Please restart the game." I'm checking for game updates. The check says "The latest version of the game is installed". And so on in a circle. Game version 1.022.000. Moscow time 15-15 06/14/2025
I ask politely: What am I doing wrong? why doesn't the game start (I don't get to character selection/creation)?

Nope, sorry Jonathan you really didnt, this is yet another huge fuckup on console launch, its always something, either on PS or onn Xbox this time its both.

The Trailer and interviews gotr me excited for this league, and well up until thiss morning around 9am when i launched the game i was going to spend some money, but seeing the logon screen and notg being able to logon got my wallet slammed shut tight

I regret i have bought the mkd tier supporter pack for this league, and it will not happen again until console players are respected.

I had actually forgotten how bad last league launch was, and i regrettably spent money once again before the league launch, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

This will not happen again, period..

I think GGG should offer compensation in a one time transfer of mtx amd stashes to a pc account, as i am about as done on console as i can be with this game.

I play on console as i can't sit upright for extended periods, so i might adapt an old laptop to run the game, and use my Xbox controller to play but since i refuse to buy the same stuff once more, GGG in a good faith gesture should provide a one time transfer to players who want to abandon consoles..

I'm a middle aged Dad who is absolutely a casual. I was a little disappointed yesterday that I wouldn't be able to play once dinner and everything else was done last night. Oh well, if that's the worst thing that happens to me today, so be it. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall back asleep, so checked here and saw PS5 could play. I thought to myself, nice! I'll wake up, go do my morning routines, then hop on for a few before Saturday funsies rolls around this afternoon. Sadly, I logged in and just like everyone else on PS5, was jabaited lol. I feel bad for the ppl who maybe took time off this weekend to play. GGG, if this is the level of competence you have as a business, telling players that they'll be able to play, when in fact, we can't, I'm not sure I'll purchase anything. I'll play your free game, sure.. whenever it starts to work, but my willingness to throw money your way.. that's now debatable. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

...i think you guys dont know what that mean....
...if anybody else had 16hours delay in their job deadline ... they will be kicked off immediately... and doesnt matter that we are ONLY console players... you managed to launch your patch on 1/3 platforms in promised timeline, do you think that it is acceptable in 2025?

if you order launch delivery and guy shows after 16 hours, would you order again?
if your mechanic call you with your car repair 16hour late, would you use him again?
if your electrician will be 16hours late, while you sitting in your office in dark, will it be ok?
if your doctor let you wait 16hours, will it be ok?

This is my 3rd and final post under this topic... (sorry for any typos, not my native language)

Its been about 16hrs delayed leaguestart and there is nothing happening to xbox servers.

GGG isnt replying to ANY messages as far as i have seen, wich is a bit disapointing.

At this point i think, we all agree that there should be some sort of compensation for the delay...not too much. But who am i to ask for something like that, since im just a console player.

I think that, by now, you should have noticed ggg... most console players are fed up with the way we feel treated.

Although we still are a minority, we were plenty enough on leaguestart... the time that i tried to log in i was somewhere around 40k que mark, wich is definitely a substantive amount of Players.

I hope that the issue will be fixed soon, and some disagreements with the console Community can be resolved.
