Incarnation of Dread immune phases bugged (Colourful Roses quest)

When fighting this boss, a quest log will show up with the aforementioned quest title, but it appears buggy in multiple ways. The boss is immune in this phase, and at 75% health, nothing happened when I collected the blue and red roses and brought them to the boss. The boss continued to be immune, the elemental balls he spawned continued to shoot out projectiles. I ran several laps around the arena and stepped into each orb on the ground to see if I was missing anything.

After leaving the zone, the roses respawned, and when I collected them again, nothing happened. After maybe a minute, the boss finally finished that phase.

At 50% health, he goes into an immune phase again, and this time, no roses have shown up, and no orbs have appeared on the ground. I am typing this report while I AFK in the boss arena bc nothing is happening. This time when I leave the zone, it does not fix anything upon coming back.

This is in standard league, my character uses temp chains impending doom, so it may have something to do with broken NPC scripting when their action speed is lowered.

At the very least I would hope a failsafe is put into this fight so it cannot get hard-locked into an immune phase. After 3-5 minutes, surely it would do no harm to just force the phase to end so the fight can continue.

+1 I'm seeing the same bug occur, I'm in Standard league as well.

Same problem here, but I kinda find a solution.

I just used all the portals by logging out and coming back, then talked to Eagon to reset the fight. then I did it without any problems.

What might have caused the problem in the first place:

-I used 2 different characters for the same fight
-I died


PS: I had several bugs, first time, it crashed at 75%hp, and next one at 50%.

Same thing happened to me too

Same problem. I pick one rose, touch the boss, pick second rose, touch the boss again. Boss still immune. Waited for about 5 minutes. Nothing happened.
