Unexpected disconnection occurred

Please stop nerfing servers!

I'm all good until I enter a map.
Then freeze and latency goes to 40Kms and disconnects.

either it happens when I enter a Map or when I am in the Map and encounter Mobs.. the Ping just keeps rising.
I live in Germany but keep playing on Washington DC Servers because it is way more stable. But still, it keeps happening even there and it is tiring..
