Crash Loading intwo Twilight Strand

Still doesn't work, had an old graphics driver and didn't work, upgraded to latest Nvidia driver and still crashes on the twilight strand loading screen. Tried the ipconfig renew/flush suggestion as well.

Figured out how to make that change, and it worked!!

swapping from dx11 to dx12 fixed this problem for me.
