I feel like at this point no one awake knows what is going on. The number of characters on PSN isn't really changing (https://www.pathofexile.com/ladders/sony/league/Mercenaries) suggesting that people are not slowly getting it. Hopefully in a few hours some GGG employees will start to come online to give us some more information.
