I just wish the communication was a little clearer. Are we currently just waiting on microsoft to accept the patch or did they reject it and now the ball is in gggs court? A little blurb on its sent doesn't really communicate to normal people like me what that reasonably means, at the very least it would be nice to know what the initial problem was that caused the entire console mess.

" This is just bs. The only thing they have to do is testing ! In the last league the keyboard to create char was missing. How is this possible? If someone had tested,the tester wasn't able to create a char. |

Almost every time there is a release there is a problem with console. This is totally unacceptable from a company that should be trying to grow their player base and has an (at times undeserved) reputation for caring about their players.
Every time it happens people ask for MTX as compensation. They never give them, so stop wasting your breath. Every time it happens some people who have no idea what they are talking about say it won’t be fixed until Monday. It is always fixed on the weekend, check one of the many, many similar threads from the past. And maybe stop spreading misinformation until you know what you are talking about. GGG does care about fixing these issues, now if we could also get them to care about releasing a working product for console things would be great. |

wow. so console wont be ready for a week while they recode the entire patch... this is cooocooooo. guess they werent ready for console update, knew it, and didnt say that.let ppl download an update they knew wasnt ready and now some ppl are even deleting game and saying they will completely reinstall it when the console patch is finally ready. i dunno! geeeeshh but we can buy the streamers on pc gifts from the shop while the streamers play and post spoliers to ruin everyone on consoles experience.

So 5 and 1/2 hours after they said the patch would be available for ps5 users and we still don't have it? I load the game and it tells me to restart the game to download patch so I close game and try to manually download it and still nothing. I've also tried restarting my system and redownloading the game still nothing.
GGG can we please get an update as to what's going on here. |

GGG, are you planning to acknowledge that the majority of PS5 players still can't play, more than 4 hours after it "went live"?
I don't mind if working on XBox is a bigger priority... but can you please at least acknowledge the issue? | |

Some folks on ps5 are able to play and patch im not yet.. good buddy of mine on ps5 is on and in right now lol working for some others no clue when we getting it no updates in a while.
