Updates On MTX Merging/Transfering?

I've put a request to send the MTX from Console to PC on November 21st. It's been over 6 months, and nothing has happened yet. Has anyone done this successfully? Any ETA for this? Thanks Last bumped on Jul 14, 2025, 11:43:45 AM

Same boat as you sent mine on Nov 21st too and haven't had a single response since telling them to go ahead with the process on that same day. 9 days away from 7 months :( haven't sent any emails to them about it either since then.
They wont give an ETA just the same old a lot of tickets and rest assured support will get to you when they can. |

" The 'fun' part of this being that they were asking if you were okay with them doing what you had explicitly contacted them to ask them to do. That response was a total of time - both yours and theirs. If they just did it instead of nonsensically asking whether that's what you wanted, they would spend less time on each ticket and the wait time per ticket would thus be significantly shorter. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent... I've been waiting since December, I had a message asking for more details after about 2 weeks then nothing since.
This is beyond ridiculous at this point. |

Mine was approved on November 19th. NO PROGRESS. I have quit the game until they either complete the transfer. I WILL NOT support a company with support this terrible.

Any updates on this? Feels bad not having the MTX tabs on a new Season :(

Tbh at this point its probably not even gonna happen this year. It's been 7 months and literally haven't seen one person say they got this transfer finished.
I suggest either breakdown and get some tabs to enjoy the season if you have some extra points ( I wouldn't buy any points until they do the transfer or go the sinful route and stop playing.) If I didn't have two accounts with tabs I'd go the sinful route for sure but I'm 100% not giving ggg money again until they actually do the service they said they would provide 7 months ago. |
