Help, can't play constant crashing
+1 simply entering a new zone, clicking inventory, selling items. Something is causing the game to constantly crash.

Same for me. I've been playing PoE1 for many years and never had issues like this. Since the PoE2 Early Access, I’ve been playing a lot of PoE2 and now wanted to warm up for the new season but I’m getting crashes as soon as I launch PoE, when changing maps and when using a town portal.
I’m on a modern setup (i7 13700K, RTX 3080 Ti, 32GB RAM, SSD, Windows 11...) and I’ve tried everything including driver updates, driver rollbacks, reinstalling Windows, all the fixes from the forums and Reddit and I haven’t found a solution. I suspect the problem lies with PoE1 and GGG needs to step in here. |

Same, seem to be happening after the update 3.25.3g or the new nvidia driver.

I'm having the same issue (poe 1) but have you guys tried on another device? I tried on steamdeck and the game wasn't crashing and I was able to play a map (at steamdeck level) and I'm installing it in another device at the moment.
It seems that something is wrong on my main device but I can't figure what it is :/ |

Ok, so I've downgraded NVidia driver from 570.133.07 to 550.144.03 and crashes seems to be gone (this is on Linux Mint).

Ok, so I found a fix.
You need to download an older version of your nvidia drivers (here's the link to the one I downloaded: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/210648/ ) Before installing it though, you need to go to your Nvidia App settings. There, you will find something along the lines of "automatically download version of drivers" that is toggled on by default. You NEED to toggle it off otherwise it will download the latest driver after you finish installing the driver you previously downloaded. After that, you can install the driver I mentioned and the game will work. Hopefully, this help someone else! |
