Patch gutted CoC Bloodmage by breaking Choir of the Storm behavior

GGG ruining builds mid league as always. Takes me back to 2012.... I'll be back around 0.5.0... or whenever they decide to get their head out of their backside. Did the same crap in poe1, which is what turned my friends and I away from it for several patches at a time.
