Make choir of the Storm work with cast on crit.

You also stealth "fixed" Considered Casting and Spell Echo for Choir of the Storm :[

there's a bad bug causing disconnects that make you fail maps and logbooks!!!!!!

wherer is a normal breach ring? (whita/base)

rare omens are still not appearing.... 6x0 = 0?

how about choir of the storm and cast on crit? also consider casting with spell echo? you guys didn't show them on the patchnote but still steath nerfing them

consistent rollbacks since update-2 maps, had to log out to get out of map, portal would not work. Upon relog, empty inventory and all exp gone. Not interested in continuing to try, knowing loot i am dropping is not going to count

Edit: Just saw that it counted the maps as attempted, so not only losing loot and exp, also losing juiced maps that cost numerous divs to set up. sick
