lets be real the game is in a terrible state currently, you have one viable build for the whole game at the moment which is lightning spear and the rest are just garbage damage with all the nerfs, there is literally 0 build diversity within the game anymore, looking at it properly this was probably intentional by the devs to make the huntress the only character people would play for the league and to make it look a better class than it actually is.


Almost as if they're releasing new content with very obvious perks to incentivize people into giving them a lot of data/feedback on that new content. They've made mid-league nerfs to skills and classes. They buffed LS. Tangletongue is so insanely, stupidly broken it simply has to be intentional. You are an early access play-tester. This isn't even "a game" yet.
yet I play with spear field 99% .
No Kidding ....

If i looked at my posts on all accounts over the past few years.

1) Arch Nemesis sucks .. Kill it
2) Ruthless sucks ... Kill it
3) Trials suck kill them
4) No Crafting sucks bring it back .
5) Balance the game around SSF.
6) Floor effects should never damage just debuff.

TBH, I this week only got back into playing. I had played only 3 days when DoTH released and focused on another game comeptition. Now I am back. I am overall Liking it a lot.

Some stuff need tuning? yes. But I am finally, for the first time EVER having some fun in endgame on any GGG game (although I would still prefer if it were less swarmy). With the recent changes I feel exploring the atlas has a story purpose... much better than before.

Huntress gameplay with fast advance skills and disengage is great. Simply ignore LS people. it is there because of Diablo 2 lightning Fury.. just that. Likely will be balanced. Parry although was a big fail. Too clumsy. And imho part of the problem is the disconnection of monster movement and attack. The monsters rush you like they were speeding into the bathroom after eating something rotten.. but then stop and take 2 seconds to start attacking making the timing of parry.. .HORRIBLE to do.

Drop rates are much better, vastly better.

Some skills are horrible? Yes.. some ascendancies are jokes? yeah.. some skilsl were overnerfed andbecame dull ( specially spell interactions like flame wall and arcs etc..) yes... those are mistakes, but mistakes happen and it is impossible to fix everything at once.
