I love poe2. It's amazing in almost every way.
With that being said, most of my friends/clan/gaming guild peeps as well as myself have all pretty much quit the game due to the lack of progress made for time played. Xp loss kills level progress. Group play is just bad in every way so you have to solo. Finding upgrades after the campaign is impossible. Getting enough orbs to buy gear using the trade site is impossible in the current inflation. And trading through the site is horribly painful. I ran over 100 maps t15+ at level 89 before I quit. I gained no levels, found no gear that was even worth picking up, and only found 2 divs. This was all with stacking rarity and quantity. I was averaging around 250 to 300 rarity per map. I can't play until this is fixed. The last loot "fix" just added more junk. I've gambled well over 20 mil gold. Haven't found anything good. Even the crooked lottery system let's you get a small hit every 4 tickets on a scratcher. I'll wait and watch for the next few patches to see if this is addressed. But if it's not addressed soon I'll likely just uninstall and move on. Your peak players went from 590k to 30k since launch. Most of what I'm talking about is why. You can have grind, but not so much grind that your time seems wasted. I hope this gets fixed. |

Don't think endgame items are the problem the game is pretty easy without having to chase the best items. Think the problem is endgame is just boring in terms of there really isn't much to do, if they made all skill gems useful then that would at least make it a bit more fun so you could change your build style.

I don't get why delay the patch instead of just releasing half of it now and another half in Tuesday or whatever... I said if patch isn't out for the weekend I'm buying another game...
pretty sure I'm not the only one thinking of just leaving until 0.3 and abandoning this game, which would risk players just looking at 0.3 patch notes and then deciding to wait until 0.4... GGG needs to release a roadmap with ideas or even just publicize them before developing so they can gather first impressions. |
