don't seem to work at all for any one on ps5 or at least the people i talked to.

The breach experience certainly improved but where is the paladin upgrade pack ??? It will be a better if i look good while clearing breach
I’m an Xbox player, bought early supporter pack and kept upgrading up to Warlord pack, I have 2 tickets open, 1 for more than 4 months, still waiting for replies.

This made me stop supporting the team and honestly I should have done it earlier….

Anything related to buying support packs will take weeks if not months to get reply now, better not buy anything if there is a chance that you will need to sent ticket to support with how things is going on right now...

They need to look at your name and learn that word. The first issue with the pack upgrade probably surface a month ago on this forum which is to say they had weeks to fix it yet not done. They are pretty efficent on editing players post tho. I can't imagine how people who bought supporter packs especially those high tier packs felt when their ticket are pending for weeks or even worse months! God, d4 is bad but at least their support did a better job
