I threw on a lot of rarity and immediately found a div and many uniques. Feels better to me. Also the chest and strongbox changes seem good as well.

this is FACT. Items are rolling with the lowest rolls I've ever seen on lvl 81+ gear.

Almost every rare has dropped like this, I think they forgot to add a "0" to the numbers.

chests are crazy especially expeditions

If not low rolls, EVERY single piece of gear dropped "Reduced attribute requirements"

Overall loots seems better now. Getting more currency and higher tier rare items drop more often. Also i'm finally for the first time in this league getting more than 1-2 waystones in T15 maps. But there is still some weirdness. Many of the rare monsters only drop a blue item. I ran a destilled map and that had only very little currency/loot. Granted my sample size is still small (5 or 6 maps).

played 3 maps so far and got 2 divs from blue strongboxes, triple tower quant stacked with 110 rarity waystones though, also seeing crazy amounts of tiered items which is nice
