Great to see that communication and transparency continue to be top level. As long as everybody knows why a particular issue/problem happened and what will be done to address it, we'll all be fine.

We will be deploying 0.2.0g tomorrow with a fix to the initial problem.
Tomorrow like May 2nd? Or is it still planned for May 1st?
It would be nice to have better ETA for patches, cause I don't even know if I should play now or wait.
You didn't even make it to the bottom of the post before asking this? LMAO

Hi GGG. As others have mentioned, one of the significant problems with PoE at the moment are the amount of individuals sitting in their hideout all day "profit crafting." They completely ruin the market for newer, less experienced, and less geared individuals as they consistently purchase items that are cheap and either repost them for 100 times the price or perform a crafting action and proceed to post the item for a mirror. It's not fun or engaging looking for gear. Look at the price of rings at the moment. Any ring with a triple damage roll, even if it's terrible, is worth 200 divines. What even are the odds that a player will encounter 200 divines throughout an entire season? Raw divines, that is. Sure, many people can find drops worth several divines. But raw divines are hard to come by, and at the moment, 99% of items are worth a raw divine price that many players will never see throughout their entire season career.
I understand that this is the side effect of a free market, and that there is nothing truthfully "terrible" about this from an economy standpoint. However, I would still highly suggest implementing some form of measure to prevent individuals from sitting in their hideout and trading all day. Such as, being required to engage in a certain amount of content per day before being allowed to trade (for example, if you've been in your hideout for 8 hours straight you shouldn't be allowed to trade). This would also help get rid of any real-world trading and related activities, as individuals would not be able to sit in their hideout all day with infinite currency.
As much as "profit crafting" has enabled decent, high-quality items to come into the market, it has also destroyed the market. I don't think players or individuals should be "profit crafting" and should rather be hunting the items to craft decent items for themself, as opposed to hunting the market for upgrades to purchase.
Hopefully you can take these thoughts into consideration and try to make some improvements towards market accessibility for the average and more casual player base.
What kind of ignorant comment is this. Do you actually think you make sense? Profit crafting has existed in PoE for more than a decade, and you want people to not be able to trade for it?

Highly appreciate the effort of explaining the issue that even the most clueless one would still be able to understand it. Kudos for the whole GGG team!

Can't you guys afford 3 environments? Development, Test, and Production. You don't ever touch your production server/environment until you have proper UAT checklist sign offs from several individuals going through it on Test Environment.

I did a T1 map during the test phase of the patch, and I can say it felt pretty good with 1 map. Unfortunately my amulet I put life on got rolled back, rolled +29 energy shield the next.. I'll take it I guess >_<
