Disappointed as hell

I'm seriously wondering what the point of it all is. I had a Lightning Deadeye lvl 87, with which I had already finished the mapping and was now looking for the citadels, but after the patch I can be happy if I manage a T10 map, but for the citadels you have to use at least T11. So that's it, the build and the months of work and money spent on it lost, because I don't know of any other game that has so little loot that you have to buy everything, orbs, gems, etc.
Since the build was in the Standard League and there is no access to the resources from the Dawn of the Hunt league, the whole thing starts from the beginning. So I have to start from the beginning now on Danwen of the hunt without any access to all the Orbs and gems i had in the other ligue. I say had because agter realizing that i had no access to it, i gave it to a random player in the game for free.
Since I also had a Legionnaire at level 38 in the Standard League, I wanted to delete him and accidentally deleted the Deadeye too. Days ago I asked SUpport if the restore could be done but so far no answer. As a customer, I feel completely let down and ignored. I even paid twice, once for PS5 and once for PC, and on both hardware I had to buy the stash twice in the Microshop, even though I play the same character. I really don't feel like continue playing this game anymore.

You didn't have to start from the beginning, all content is available in the 0.1 league.

In the 0.1 league? And what is there? A build which is not capable to be continued, because so many things have been nerfed that T10 maps cause me problems while before i could do T15? Which sense does it make to create a new build in the Standard league? On the Trade site mostly nobody replies because almost everybody went to Dawn of the hunt.

Anyways, i will have to take the spent money as tuition fee and forget it.
It was a nice time but the way this game is now i am not gonna spent a single cent more in it. I was really thinking to start buying stuff to get me a good build but nope. After a few month GGG comes and again changes a lotta stuff and everything was for nothing again.

Nah, therefore i prefer to play Season 8 on a different and at least at the moment, much better game.. There was a time when i thought that i found my favorite game in POE2 but that was before the patch.

Absolutely agree. After more than 3000! hours of Diablo 4 i was so in love with POE2 that i wouldn't have lost a day of POE2 for playing a new season on D4 or any other game anymore...but now? I bought me AC Shadows now to at least enjoy a little Easter holidays.

You complain about starting from fresh because you have nothing, I tell you you don't have to and you come up with excuses. If you made your new characters in 0.2 on standard league, you would've access to the gear you hoarded in 0.1 and have all the content 0.2 has to offer. As far as trades are concerned, the experience is bad in both leagues. You don't even have to trade, just using the currency exchange should do enough if you're lacking in currencies.

Are you able to understand what you read? I am complaining that a build which took me month to build and lots of money is worthless because the game changed that bad. Its not possible to continue the game or doesn't the patch affect the standsrd league? Yes it does. But no problem, people like you keep playing and praising what remained from poe2 just because you haven't anything else. Well then just play and try to feel good, you won't save ggg from what comes. It is unavoidable and well deserved. Let's see how long they can last from the few ea licenses they sold. Not very long i guess

110k people are playing literally right no on a holiday...Maybe just maybe the .01% who are crying about the game on reddit and this forum are the minority and the quicker you realize this and go back to POE 1 the better off we all will be.
