Casualized to much? Fun ended? vision breaked?
There really needs to be a ruthless mode and a normal mode (with decent loot and progression) because i can't even take people serious who say the game got easier in 0.2. But whatever let them have their ruthless mode and that should hopefully solve the issue.

I disagree with many of the nerfs they did in the campaign but the top end content is still as difficult and you can still do juiced T15 maps with very high risk:reward.

Most of the players I play with enjoy experimenting with builds which often involve levelling a new character.
Going through the campaign again is seen as a chore at that point, so making it 'harder' would only be a bigger chore. PoE2 have diverse players with different ideas of what they find fun, so I appreciate the difficulty as GGG need to tread in between demands from different players. I would agree with others who points out that campaign is a small portion of the game, the majority of your play is in mapping and other pinnacle contents so would rather campaign stay more or less as is but maybe they can bring out higher tier maps or content if they want to continue that difficulty curve. |

Im not really in an endgame yet. Got to white-yellow maps.
And now had about 3 more characters completed 4-6 acts, yes, some weird people enjoy campaign and playing SSF. I can point out example of monster throwing grenades in Faridun mines. there were lots and lots of noise in 0.1 for how deadly and how OP those were. Look at those now, well, you probably just dont even really understanding what Im talking about, since now that mob is just joke - it poses no threat, it has no damage, no radius of blast, he just there to feed you some exp. If for some absolutely crazy scenario you would manage to take 4 of his hits, they yet woulndt kill you or even make you to adjust. Even with respect to a very very casual players, devs should be mor resistant to those "monsters to OP players are to weak" cries. Look at the "poor weak huntress-spear" and lightning spear in particular. 50% using lightning spear for nearly 50k characters. Just think about it for a sec - where are those people who were crying here how underwhelming huntress is? |
