Nice GGG

You opened with 600 thousand players and went on vacation. When you came back, there were 250 thousand people left. Now there are 120 thousand people and while there are many problems in the game, you are going on vacation. Bravo ggg Leave the players alone with these problems and continue on vacation. I hope you sing with Una when you come back.

GGG is faster than any other game studio you can name at responding to feedback. Let them go on vacations ><. Play last epoch or something, its going to take 0.3 for this game to recover any players.

If they lose any more players they will be below 90k, which incidentally was the player count at PoE 1 league start. At least then we can make a case with data that dealing no damage to mobs with too much health is boring (not difficult).

I think u're misremembering Settlers player numbers, but I don't fault u... it's been almost a year now. Otherwise I agree, players won't come back before 0.3.

Numbers were always going to go down so this is just confirmation bias on your part. Folks are so desperate for GGG to conform to the whims of a loud, primarily baseless minority which would only make the game worse. Here's hoping GGG continues to listen to all the constructive feedback and none of the arbitrary expectations about speed and difficulty.

Daily reminder that DAU is not the same as total active player population and changes in DAU are not directly proportional to changes in player population (i.e., just because daily players drops by 40% does not mean 40% of the players stopped playing the game).

DAU will be higher when new content is released, for obvious reasons. It will drop in the ensuing weeks for also obvious reasons. No (reasonable) person would expect DAU on release day to hold steady for any amount of time.

And, like, if people are "quitting" they can come back. It's EA and the game is going to be around for years.

In summary, you guys need to relax.
