[0.3 HC SSF ] RIP 84lvl Chaos Warrior

Well, having lost five characters in this league, I declare that this build does not live in 0.3. Our block chance, health regen, and resistances were nerfed. In 0.2, you could get 75% block chance, 90% of all resistances. Yes, chaos damage was added in 0.3, but this does not save you from a one-shot.
