Upcoming Plans for 0.2.0g
" The thing is they never said this patch is coming out right away, they said they will "try to get 0.2.0g ready as soon as we can" but mentioned there are some holidays coming. They are just being transparent and people read it in the wrong way. The original message says "These are just some of the changes we'll be working towards deploying over the next couple of weeks" and they will release the update over the next few days which will be 2 weeks since they made the original post. Every company and country is different so I don't think it is a New Zealand thing. At least where I worked it is pretty normal for people to book vacation around times like this when you have multiple holidays close together because then you get an extended vacation. Forcing your key employees to work over holidays or deny vacation is not a good way to retain them. |

" It doesn't matter what they said. Their rate of releasing updates is way to slow. The scope of this patch is nothing special and shouldn't take this long. The game is in EA and they stopped updating PoE1 but they only brought 1 big patch which made the game worse. |

" And I do understand that, but after their very extended Christmas + New Years vacation and now this one, they are becoming known for being on vacation almost as much as they work. Most people I know simply dont get this much vacation time in a year. Isn't 4 weeks vacation for the entire year the normal? I think they have already gone through at least 3 weeks in 4 months. Can't wait for National New Zealand Ice Cream Day to be another week off... |

Just fix the drops and expedition, so i can continue playing until you drop a new patch bro. Don't have to deploy everything at once.

" I rarely farm expedition because IMO it just doesn't make sense. If I want to farm King of the Mists I buy the invitation and kill him... same with Breach, same with Arbiter. But if I want to farm expedition boss I need to buy, idk, 10-20 logbooks and HOPE the boss spawns everytime I open a map. And people assume the boss spawn with a rate of 20-25%. I just don't know why expedition can't be like every other bosses. |

telling you right now if they dont fix loot i am out. did 4 breachstones yesterday and got two white breach rings. t4 xest got two back to back trash amulet drops. you know the game is completely toast when you actually are at a net loss for doing pinnacle content.
Lets break it down: arbiter- countless map farming or 3 fragments at 1-2div each. Drops regalia (not usable now even with good rolls) maybe some skill gems/abu/solus (1 in 10 chance or less) and unique jewels (def less than 1 in 10). I've come out at a loss with 10 arbiter kills every time i didnt farm the frags myself. Simul- 2 div to start if you buy stone, you get maybe 1-2 few sufferings/despair that you need for any decent instil anyway so you're not trading it in for currency. trash loot and pointless uniques. Takes forever to get the stone naturally even with stacking delirium maps. but if you do that you're crazy because rituals are in a great place and you can make 6-10 div in a few hours. Breaches- easy to farm stones but they got super nerfed and a bunch of catalysts are pretty useless when you have everything qualitied. Not to mention that all you need this season is the lightning catalyst because 50% of league is playing LS. Ritual- actually the ONLY source of pinnacle content where you can make consistent, dependable money with minimal investment (tablets+ a little MF on gear and maps). Omens and audiences are quite frequent, utility belts drop pretty often which keeps you invested until you eventually get a From Nothing. Expeditions- dont think i need to say anything here. Useless. Trialmaster- i get 40 exalted after using a special ultimatum. sick. all uniques useless/worthless. 3d to get each piece of the door key for literally zero return. a single on use exalt double with a cap of 20. maybe there are higher but i have yet to see it in 30 chaos trial runs Zark- actually havent really farmed this because i cant stand half the sekhema mods but at this point im running out of shit to do. BUT quantity of relics can make you a fortune. honestly this is probably the same as it was last season which is good, to be fair. This is why the endgame is so shot. Even if i wanted to grind for pinnacle content, i would get burnt out while doing it because of the lack of div drops. What is the point of mapping if BOTH pinnacle content is garbage AND Divs arent dropping. There is literally no where to go and all we are doing is moving sideways. the lack of loot is not only effecting campaign. it is effecting pinnacle content, campaign, maps, all of it. |

Pinnacle boss drops 90% useless stuffs as most items were nerfed . Clearing them are just for the sake of getting the 8 points for each of them on your altas tree. Yup, what else can you expect cause its Mr Jonathan's vision. Juiced out t15 map boss sometimes drop nothing. Yeh because drops are not bad enough right so make bosses drop nothing. Not much build diversity, should pretty much name this league dawn of the spear. Nothing wierd having rangers, monks, mercs and even mages using spear for easy mode clearing end game. Altas tree - 40/40 and all pinnacle boss 8/8 except for Arbiter cause even after clearing so much content only 2 citadels found. I wonder how some players clear 8/8 arbiter so quickly cause everyone else on my friend list says they are having a hard time finding citadels. Its fun getting 1 shotted by you dont even know what despite having 7.2k ES. Like really it is ok since loots are a joke whats losing 10% xp dying. Expedition mage mobs. Oh yeh, their ground aoe hits like a truck and cast almost immediately. 5 of them just normal white mobs together are scarier than your pinnacle bosses Keep up the good work GGG and while at it, please come up with more expensive mtx. I am sure lots of players are keen to support you |
