POE2 Account Hacking Report

Dear Customer Service Team,
My POE2 account was hacked within the past hour, resulting in the loss of all my equipment and currency. I did not receive any email notifications about unauthorized login attempts. Through the trade , I traced my stolen items to the following account: [Removed by Support] I kindly request your team to investigate this incident and assist in recovering my lost items. " Just to set expectations - GGG never restore in-game items for any reason. Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of an internet forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.

Be prepared - As soon as you send a ticket in via email your account will be Locked.
I'm on month 3 almost 4, of trying to get my account unlocked after being hacked myself when the first big wave hit shortly after EA release! (my account is still locked; patiently waiting for it to be unlocked 3 months later) |

I had a friend that was recently hacked after using POE2.ninja. Did you also use that as it happened within the same day.

My account was hacked too and all the items I was wearing are gone, some valuable items from my stash tab too.

I was fine went and took a nap and came back all my stuff was gone.. with in the last 2 hrs.

someone else had his account emptied out and uses steam |
