Not sure what you mean specifically with guild chat, but this is an active guild in those respects. The guild tab in poe2 usually has a fair bit of chatter, and now there is a global channel for the guild as well. People asking questions, crafting advice, or showing some items. Very friendly too, and even now, so late in the league, I've seen members help out others to get ascendancy points for free.
