Gemling Legionnaire, Integrated Efficiency doesnt work with Minions or Totems

Tested:
Skellies, Spectres and Effigy totem Added and removed blue red and green gems. Changed zones No value change for totems or minion tagged skills, including the command. Values changed as expected for skills like raise shield. Last bumped on May 18, 2025, 5:18:44 PM

Bumping this as we need an official answer, maybe it is intended not to affect minions but doubt it. Fixing this would be of great help to the very few summoner gemlings out there.
