Omen of Amelioration Fails to Activate Upon Death in *Path of Exile 2*

same here !!! very frustrating bug pls fix a ASAP!

Still happening,
it consumes the Omen and still drops 10% of XP instead of 2,5%. It only happens if already died once on the map (1st death is 2,5% then it's 10% no matter what I do, if I disable/enable the Omen - it still will be 10% XP drop). This is making lvling impossible. |

" It's a requirement for other Omens (Omen of Amelioration and Omen of Resurgence enabled at the same time will not work - both won't be spent/won't trigger) - it's not 1 Omen trigger per instance. It still is getting used! Just without the effect part. |

Okay. Why is it getting used anyway after first death?
Should it be used up if it doesn't give anything back? Not even talking about the Waystone issue it creates as you do not want to continue the instance after one death if there's even a slight chance of dying again. |
