PoE 2 Feels Clunky Due to Animation Delays and Post-Skill Slowdowns
if they fixed this, most of the issues i have with the game would be fixed...
the warp speed monsters would be tolerable... the always walking speed of my character wouldnt feel as bad... this combined with 3 sec skill animations is what makes it feel sloggish.. tried rolling a new toon after playing LE and i just cant.. its absolutely miserable to be slow af, animation locked 75% of combat, 3 min town portal load times.. all this combined is just too much downtime. i feel like i spend more time waiting on attacks, walking around 20 mile maps and loading screens than i do actually having fun playing. |

The game can have the latest engine graphics and all but if the combat will feel unresponsive then no matter what you add on top, the game will be shit.

My other problem is how so many skills have a built-in delay before activation(e.g., curses, exploding spear, etc.). By the time they go off, the enemies have long since moved since they're so fast and hyper aggressive

I've leveled each class and ascension at this point and warrior is hands down the worst warrior arch type I have ever played in any ARPG.
