[POE2][Standard][0.2.0] Cannot complete " Into the breach " quest after talking to Ketzuli

Confirmed this is happening to me too but unlike OP I solo'd the breach.

Quest: Into the Breach
Status: Return to Zolin to tell him of your triumph.

Zolin has no quest marker over his head and nothing happens when I speak to him.

Same problem.
It's because I ran a Twisted Domain in my guildmate's hideout.

Then got the 8 breach points in my hideout, but the quest message persisted.
