[POE2][Standard][0.2.0] Cannot complete " Into the breach " quest after talking to Ketzuli

1. Boot game in standard league on a previous high level character which did all stages of Breachstone boss encounter (8/8 talents)
2.Complete a highest level breachstone (i was in coop of 2)
3. Port back to your hideout
4. Talk to Ketzuli in your hideout


The User will notice the quest is not complete after talking to Ketzuli and going through the quest complete dialog.

The quest remains present on the screen and on the Mqp Quest List which opens the Atlas map when clicking on it.

I think I have this stuck quest too.

It says,
"Into the Breach"
"Return to Ketzuli to tell him of your triumph"

Similar to the one in Cruel Act 2 where it tells you to return to the caravan ands speak with Zarka, but she got no matching dialogue...
