0.2.0e Hotfix

Since the patch, every time I go back to town from Act 2 areas, the entire map resets. As in, my portal doesn't even show up in town for me to go back. Can we look into this please?

Devs please take a look at PCONC it needs to be rebalanced it was nerfed way too hard
