New Microtransactions for Path of Exile 2!

As a player who's put literally $1000's of USD into the support of PoE 1, this is nothing but disappointing...

I, as well as I'm sure a lot of supporters, have been patiently waiting for the addition of promised PoE 1 MTX to make its way into PoE 2. All that this release of new MTX show us is a blatant slap in the face, that our money, and your promise likely means nothing in terms of money that has been spent and a promise that has been made.

It is clear the priority when it comes to MTX is not migration or promises kept, but new money injections.


You should be ashamed. Furthermore, add this to the growing list of lack of credibility when it comes to promises made by GGG. Shame on you for not at least releasing SOME of the PoE 1 Skill MTX alongside your money grab,.. but,.. where's the money in that..




And for those trying to defend this is early access, and GGG has an excuse for this, you need a reality check. The flood gate to charge MTX at FULL RETAIL PRICES is open. I don't see any kind of EA Supporter discount, or limited edition here. You want to charge full price, as well prioritize new money injection over promises made, expect repercussions, and distain from your player base for those poor decisions when you launch a patch in the state 0.2.0 did. Personally, I saw the writing on the wall with all the "GGG & Streamer Hype v0.2.0 announcements" I stayed away from it, and sure glad I did.

As a monk i'm kinda sad there is not more skills animation for charged staff and falling thunder so yup i'm just gonna buy flicker and tempest bell skill :(

So wait for discount to come. Nobody is forcing your hand to get them immediately. MTX now or later, it'll eventually be carted and purchased.

They are migrating stuff to POE2 (looking at the recent paladin supporter packs) - eventually it'll come - in phases.

The price of the packs is not the point that was being made. You can easily look at the badges next to my name and easily discern just how much I've supported GGG. It's there for a reason. You started typing your reply and quoting me before you understood the points being made.

While you're at it, maybe keep your promise and port poe1 mtx? I had aetheric mana flask effect available at 0.1 few month ago, now it says unavailable in this game version. Other player had written he had same situation with portal mtx, first available, then unavailable.

So far it seems you are scamming players on purpose, yet have no intention of making gameplay less miserable for them. Exp penalty alone convinces me to not buy any more supporter packs from you.

At that pace it will take a year or two at best. Pretty sure we won't get our mtx and hideouts back even when official poe2 release hits. Instead we'll get more new pack on offer like now

Skill Gem MTX's from PoE1 will probably never make it to PoE2, since they removed build diversity and now we get a D3 Build system. PoE1 and 2 are vastly different in terms of skill gems, and how we make our Chars.

Searched the shop, Seems GGG doesn't sell FUN anymore. They just want to make another Diablo 3 clone. What a shame.

I guess money talks right? I quoted you because i'm calling it out, so get off your high horse. Having more badges doesn't mean squat it just shows how much $$$ you have thrown at them, right?

Are the items in the e.g paladin pack included as a MTX before POE2 came about? In addition, did they not explicitly say they are adding more of the MTX's from 1 to 2? It's even there in the supporter page quite literally.

Can you make permanent skin transfer that unlocks the item as a skin? Pleaseee
