When is the hotfix for decompose coming, for being at 10% of foes life at all skill levels?

It feels like the people who developed the game and the engine are no longer involved, and those who are working on the game now don't know it at all.

Any word on stopping the rollbacks? game crashing every 5 min

For anyone having rollback issues, I kept constantly crashing and losing my progress in Drowned City and then someone in this forum with the exact same problem mentioned verifying your steam files and redownloading a corrupted file. I did just that and my issue went away. Hope that helps someone

Can you slow enemies down a bit or reduce the effect being hit has on cancelling your cast? Being chased by crack addict mobs, as soon as 2 start hitting you it's super hard to even get away enough to cast a spell to stop them.
