Mana regeneration is a problem. Not just for this class either. Maybe a flat buff to base mana regeneration is in order?

Passive tree changes
- Eldritch Battery feels horrible. The doubling of mana costs completely negates any meaningful benefit it provides. This passive already removes your energy shield having it also double your mana costs feels extremely bad. Either there needs to be a support gem that adds damage to your spells based on how much the ability costs or the double mana needs to be removed. Maybe also double mana regeneration and it could feel better.

- Jewel slot removal really hurt mana builds. It's now really hard to get both the mana pool, mana regeneration, damage, survivability, and crit needed for what is an extremely mana hungry build (ESPECIALLY WHEN USING MIND OVER MATTER).

Yeah pretty much any class that uses mana has to solve it.... it's always too much investment to solve too. Even meele monks have to deal with mana and solving it isn't cheap lol

So an interesting update:
I leveled a monk last league and another monk at the beginning of this one. My chronomancer is my only caster.
After reading this thread I was really curious about battery/MoM/arcmage/amulet thing that was so popular.
I thought that maybe it might be a solution since I'm playing whack-a-mole with mana, dmg, and survivability.

ROFL. Two fireballs, two before I'm out of mana. Down from 3.

Yeah the mana problems are absolutely insane. There isn't a way to solve them other than "run lower level spells"..... which really is the worst option...

To replace Stormweaver, I ran blood mage crit with Choir of the stormm. That just got nerfed too now. GGG really hates casters. This might be goodbye.

It does feel like they really don't want spell casters playing the game.... i don't want to play martial weapons... i don't want to play spears... literally feels horrible to try and cast spells because of how slow you are while casting and how hard it is to sustain mana. Coupled with constant nerfs they might as well delete the spell casting classes and start over with only weapons and minions at this point.
