Cannot generate frenzy charges with Lightning Spear via Combat Frenzy.
No way this is as intended. Or are normal enemies just really hard to electrocute? They die too fast for it to happen? |

These are awesome changes, and I'm so glad to hear that the economy is being fixed. I just wish there was something in these notes about fixing loot drop rates. They're horrible and it feels bad. Progression is clunky because of it.
