POE 2 Singapore Server High Ping and Latency Issue - Game Unplayable - Rubber-Banding - Game Pause

After a few updates I have started having problems with network and servers.
I am constantly getting high network latency and ping, and this is only happening in path of exile 2. Network latency is rubber-banding constantly.
I am constantly getting "game paused" due to high network latency.

I have checked my ping through CMD and its a persistent 3ms most of the time and going up to 5ms rarely.
I have also done a buffer bloat test, which shows there is not any issue with my network.
I have contacted my ISP and even they cross-checked and showed that there are no issues with the network they are providing.
I have checked and changed my ethernet cables and even upgraded them to CAT7.
ISP checked the line through which internet is provided, and they do not have any issues.

I am in India and as there is no server there we have to connect to Singapore servers, which shows a latency of 70ms.
This is way more than what my network's performance is.
Any other server has latency and ping in triple digits and more than 100, those are not even an option.

Either change the servers for middle-south Asian countries or provide better ping for the existing servers.

Please run WinMTR (it’s a free download) and post the log file.

GGG has a step-by-step guide here.

Any update on this?
I would really like to have an update on this Singapore server high latency matter, as this has made the game unplayable for me due to constant "game pause" and rubber-banding.
I am incredibly upset that GGG or any employee is not looking into this is providing any sort of reply to this situation.
There is not just me having issues with Singapore servers there are several others complaining about it for months way before I did.
Constant jumping of ping spikes from 90ms to 500ms and making the game unplayable.
Hey bro I was having the same issue game was unplayable but somehow cloudflare warp made the game atleast playable for me it's not butter smooth but playable try it and see if it helps.
The same issue ATM. Any updates GGG? We can't play Sing. server cuz of very high ping.
Recently tried Hong Kong Server as well, and there ping is quite low between 10ms to 20ms. But HK server also has spur and perpetual ping spikes upto 1000ms which causes rubber-banding.
This server issue is immensely frustrating and happening to other servers too.

I am sure GGG is aware of this, but they are taking way too long to acknowledge or provide a fix.
stopped playing due to this issue couple weeks back, decided to just run a few chill maps and the issue still persist. i am getting 5ms in HO and 160ms in maps, its is literally unplayable
