Steam Purchase Problem

Hello,

If I remember correctly, I purchased the "PoE2 Early Access Supporter Pack" via Steam back in December. Today, I bought the "PoE2 Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack" as an additional purchase (using the same Steam account).

However, for some reason, the "Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack" appears to be linked to the PoE account named ibubik#8086, while my active and main account is ibubik#7337 (I’ve attached screenshots of this to the email).

I have no idea why there are two accounts under the names ibubik#8086 and ibubik#7337. What I would kindly ask from you is to transfer the "PoE2 Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack" from ibubik#8086 to ibubik#7337, which is the account I actively use. As I mentioned, I’m not sure why ibubik#8086 exists, and if possible, I would like that account to be deleted as well.

Stay in line :) I`ve also sent them a request with similar request and I saw a lot other did as well.

I don`t believe we`ll get a reply very soon. Support seems non existent.
I've been waiting since the beginning of new league, and it's really frustrating, but like you said, it seems like we have no choice but to wait. Hopefully, they'll take care of it as soon as possible.

At the very least (even if it's automated), a response from someone would help convince me that you're actually looking into my issue. I only played PoE1 for about 15 minutes, and properly started playing with PoE2. As a result, aside from the two stash tabs I use for trading, I only have 2 stash tabs available — and this is incredibly frustrating.

If I had received the 600 points that were supposed to come with the pack I purchased, I would’ve bought a Map Stash or something similar. But guess what’s missing?

I’ve reached a point where I’m no longer enjoying the game, because I spend most of my time organizing stash tabs. In an ARPG, this is something that really shouldn't be eating up so much of my time. Other players have 5-6 stash tabs just for dumping junk.

Can you please fix this issue quickly now? There are tons of people online complaining about the same thing, and many of them haven’t heard back for months.

I’m paying money and getting frustration in return. Please look into my situation as soon as possible. Thank you.

i lost a few packs also been waiting 3 months but sadly our $ issues isn't on top of support priority.

they got the cash allready so might as well not be in a rush to reply.
