Constantly getting kicked from server and rolling back progress.

My only advice is if you get some really valuable loot, immediately quit to desktop. It will save your progress and you get to keep your loot even if you DC afterwards. It's not ideal, but at least you don't lose your divines and perfect jewelers like many people did

Same here. Happened twice in 15/20 minutes

Starting to think its due to DDoS and they do not want to give that info due to gloryfying the DDoSer if they do so.

That's unfortunately very sad thing..
Today's Friday, so for many of us the only time we can enjoy playing this game for longer.
I gave up with sessions during the week days due to that very frequent latency spikes. This game was unplayable on EU servers.

Now, it looks like I need to find something else to play during the weekend. Why? Because I have some time to relax after whole week of work and the last thing I'm dreaming about is to test my patience with those issues.

I tried Washington and it works. With 100ms but not a single spike nor drop during 1 hours session.. Something that's impossible on EU at this moment.


It's bit weird situation, some people can play without problems, others don't. Maybe it's region based? Hard to tell.
I noticed that people from Netherlands, Brussel and Germany complained about that so far. Different ISPs, different platforms, so the same.

The only thing that is coming to my mind after radio silence is "I am joke to you?" meme.

Maybe we need to go to "contact support", thn /verify in game for code, reach them and pray for any attention after sending bazillion of tickets?

Or we need to wait till some popular streamer get the same issue twice so that can be fixed?

I will try to give this game a chance today's evening, once again.

I'm sorry, but I'm tired of that. My time is not unlimited and instead of enjoying this awesome game I am forced to play on some laggy server, with feeling of delay with everything I do or not to play at all.

That's sad, very disappointing and actually I feel disrespected as a player by lady of any communication from GGG side.

Someone in this thread or other said that they have contacted GGG support and GGG said that they aware of the problem and are working on it. I don't know what that means in terms of timeframe, but I wouldn't expect anything over this weekend. Probably sometime next week

Someone mentioned Paris server is fine, so I will give that a try.

Yes, that message was sent in this topic if I can remember, and someone reached them through some social medias.
Yet, no GGG response has been provided to us and this was like 3 days ago.

I tried to reach them via social media, too, but without any response so far, so let's hope that can be solved. Soon 😉
