Can't Progress Cataclysm's Wake Atlas Quest

After I went to the first corrupted nexus and cleared it, it didn't cleanse the surrounding area and I didn't get the atlas points. Afterwards, I started pathing to a different corrupted nexus, and after clearing it the surrounding area was cleansed, but I still didn't get any atlas points.

I'm currently at the cleared nexus, and the quest says to "travel to the corrupted nexus". After I travel to the map, it says "discover the radiating source of corruption" but I haven't found anything after exploring the entire map. I don't know if the quest is bricked or not, or if I should just try to go to another corrupted nexus.

After heading to another corrupted nexus, it finally spawned the corrupted boss after clearing the map. The only difference between this nexus and the past one is that the past nexus had the map boss event while this one didn't, so I'm not sure if that had any part in this issue.

Experiencing this same thing +1 Done 2 nexi, tried with a tier 1 waystone and a tier 2 and neither nexus completed a quest or gave me anything/gave doryani new dialogue.

Had the same thing, first nexus didn't progress the quest or give atlas points, currently searching for a second one..

I have the same thing. I cleared the 1st Corrupted Nexus map and went out without picking anything for the quest so the quest did not progress and the map is closed already since i went ahead without knowing. Cleared my 2nd corrupted nexus and there was nothing to be seen either even when i searched through the entire map. I'm currently stuck at the Cataclysm's Wake quest to find a nexus and can't progress it in any way so can't even access atlas points right now. Hope it get's fixed soon since it's quite a major bug.

ive also completed a few corrupted nexus, 4 explicit mod plus maps and still receiving nothing and not progressing the quest.

open first corrupted nexus map. cacatclysm's wake quest never updated, corruption boss never spawned. cleared the whole map, nada

literally a game breaking bug, sigh.
