Permanently Stuck in Trials of Chaos

I turned the rare mob on the “defeat all monsters” stage in the trials into a companion with my huntress, and now I’m permanently stuck inside and can’t leave at all. I’ve tried portaling, using the pillars, logging out of my character then coming back in, I’ve restarted my game/console. Nothing is working so now I can’t play the game at all.
