EU Server Constantly Crashing Instances

Any info about fixing this>????
Unplayable Constantly crashes (Spain)
Imagine people crying about technical issues of an early access game and comparing it to fully finished few years old game...

And yes, I can confirm connection issues and I am waiting for a fix.
The way this game is promoted and monetized, you can expect more stability...
I just hopped to the US servers and havent had a crash for a while. Ping isnt great but its playable.
We have sunday so i dont expect fast answrs.

Maybe you can, but the demanding tone is unnecessary. I know that spoiled kids want to play here and now (!) but this game is still in development. There is definitely more going on in the background than we know, so you have to expect temporary problems. Let's take into account that so far GGG has been efficiently fixing all the failures and serious bugs. But not everything can be fixed in a minute. Have a little understanding and empathy, ffs.

Terrible take tbh.

I think people's expectations are fair when, although it's EA, you need to pay for access and they have a full operational MTX shop.
They're expecting people to put money into the game, so it's only fair that their customers have certain expectations.

Issues are always going to crop up during development, but you'd have to assume that the issue isn't with the server application itself as other regions are perfectly stable, but rather an overall server issue.

These things happen, but when you have my money I have the right to complain.

Sure, you can and should expect some quality for your money. But you also have to accept all the inconveniences associated with early access. Saying that the game sucks or comparing it to D4 is pointless, and the demanding attitude is completely irrational. So far, any problems have only been temporary. You have to arm yourself with a little patience and stop crying. The game is still better and works better than many other final versions.

EDIT:
And all those cries for nothing as it seems to work fine again... Not even an hour. People.

The game was working perfectly fine during 0.1.0. After the first few hours which were bad, most people experienced no problems for the rest of the patch. But things are now getting inexplicably worse. We're several days into another "league" and instances are suddenly mass-crashing. So many technical glitches (in features that were fine before), desyncs and teleporting monsters, loadscreens while moving between checkpoints; raise a lot of questions of what exactly are the "performance improvements" being done. I wonder if the devs even test their game on an "Average Joe" PC or they all just run 4090s in 4K and think that's the norm.
