Skill Gem Crashing.

Whenever I try to cut a skill gem the menu freezes and sometimes the game crashes. I've found if I click the skill, the game will freeze for like 20 seconds, and then occasionally the button to "engrave" will appear.

This doesn't happen with support gems, so I suspect this has something to do with the video that you guys play in the menu.

I'm currently running with vulcan and no nvidia reflex. I've also lowered the settings to as low as possible, but I'm using an extremely high end system so this is kind of weird to need to do.

I'm having a similar problem, it takes 5 seconds to load the skill selection for cutting gems. Whenever I change skills it freezes again for around 5 seconds.
Really annoying especially when i'm learning a whole new character. I don't get crashes.

Hope someone finds a way around it while they fix it.


Edit: the huntress skill "Primal Strikes" does not have a video on it, you can tell the lag difference by trying to inspect it in the skill cutting screen. So I guess you are right about the videos been the cause.
