Iron reflexes not working

We are now a full content cycle into Early Access with ES being nerfed, other nerfs, changes across the board to ailment/stun threshold ... yet somehow here we are with Iron Reflexes STILL being bugged.

Clearly this has been a known issue since the original posts regarding it not working correctly and somehow it still isn't fixed? I feel for something such as a KEYSTONE this should be more of a priority, no?

same issue. I have a 490 evasion body armour and it adds nothing to armour
Same here, it does remove all evasion, but hardly adds armour (none for some bits, lower than expected for other bits).

I also did multiple test because I am getting almost 0 armor from equipping evasion gear and I came to the same conclusion it doesn't work at all it just give 1-2 armor when equipping pieces with evasion over 100 evasion which make no sense.

I am very disappointed it's a big part of my build. I don't have enough strength to wear full armor pieces so half of my defense is not working...

I also found the same problem. Iron reflexes not working at all. Evasion rating increasing does nothing to the final armour which make iron reflexes unaccetable.
I was told that now iron reflexes work in a new rule of poe2(not like poe1), conversation change the origin value to another type at the very beginning, before all calculating occur.
I think it should not be the way of iron reflexes. It was designed for shareing evasion and armour rating increasing both, because armour is too bad for defense.
And it work like what I think three weeks ago. Sleep one night, and found my armour cut to 1/3 of previous value or less.
