Instance crash when equipping Scourge Commander Body Armour cosmetic

As title says, after equipping the Scourge Commander Body Armour cosmetic, both the player that equips and everyone in the instance gets a disconnection error and return to the main menu.

We tried this three times and other body armours do not display this problem.

same issue, crashed when i equipped it. login screen shows toon with helm but crashes when i try to play with that toon

i had to equip it on another character that i wasnt playing in order to get it off my new one and log back in
