it says you still need a key to login :( i waited so long for this day

GGG what are we doing my guys? I never cared or complained about the game nerfs, I never complained about the poor optimization of the game pre 0.2, but this is a new all time low, my game literally crashed on the login screen 8 times and in the 2 times I managed to get in I crashed as soon as I opened the shop page to check what's new in there.

We got a whole new patch and everything, that's nice but how about you shift your focus from now on to optimizing the game, because this game literally has the worst optimization out of all the games on the market right now.

It's unreal that in 2025 a game this big causes so many players freezes and crashes on the login screen.

and now this streamers are trolling us and offer to reinstall Windows. GGG shame on you. how is it possible to launch the path that work only for streamers. please just shut down the server until you can get us playing. why should we suffer

An earlier post said disabling the game bar resolved the issue. I tried it and it also resolved the issue for me so far. Was unable to log in because of the error in town, turned off the gamebar and was able to log in and move around town no problem.

For the "Unknown object type serialized by server" crash

Unsure its related but, I disabled xbox game bar in windows and have not had this crash in town since. (Only been like 5 minutes in town so can't say its actually related.

Windows event viewer noted errors with xbox game bar when the game would crash previously.

To disable it, just hit windows key and search "game bar settings" (just xbox worked for me as well) and turn it off.

Try turning of xbox game bar in Windows. Seems to have helped me, or just been lucky for the past ~20 minutes
