This torrent only includes the GGPK file, so you’ll need to copy it into your actual install folder once the patching server is up, no earlier than three hours before Path of Exile 2: Dawn of the Hunt launches.

Replaced File and it did some allocating ect ect. then just "downloading" i thought i was just doing a hash check. Nah it was overwriting the download file with old content to match the current ggpk file for 0.1.1. wasted all that time downloading the file for it to get overwritten because the update servers still arent up and running long after they were supposed to be. yay.....
