Nerf Polcirkeln unique ring for Herald of Ice, and Herald of Ice in general

Current changes indicate that they remain the same. At least nerf Herald of Ice dmg, like Herald of thunder.

Now people want to nerf items that can literally be build defining?

or you know, wait and see how the current nerfs to a lot of things in this patch , play out???

also they nerfed a LOT of things that helped Polcerkein damage.

they increased freeze freshold on mobs, and reduced our ailment output.

polcerkein literally does nothing if you cant freeze the target.

they also increased mob stun threshold which also ties into freeze chance.

maybe they know this hence why they didnt nerf it itself.

Sure, but I don't want to take chances.

so youd rather them just remove the item from all playable possibility? before even seeing if the things that polcerkein reacts to being nerfed in this patch, bring it back into line?

rather cynical of you and over the top reaction if you ask me.

yes i get it is OVERPOWERED and i myself used it on an ice strike monk, and was one shotting a screen of mobs with it.

but with the changes it wont happen as often if not at all, due to how the freeze changes effect it.

dont kill it before seeing if it should be nerfed.

Will see how things play out. I hope herald of ice exploding and brain off isnt a thing anymore with this change
