GGG have the worst customer support in the industry
After all these months, they finally replied telling me that they don't want to credit my account with the coins I was supposed to get LMFAO.
Never buying anything from this fucking company again, literary scamming people for no reason is absolutely insane. |

I have the same problem with points and sub-accounts, but it`s relatively new and I still have time to refund on Steam. I guess I`ll just go ahead and do that.. God... so disappointed to see this... |

Absolutely, refund trough Steam ASAP within the 2 hours.
I made the mistake of thinking that GGG support would be competent, understand and credit my account with the missing coins: they won't. They know exactly what happened, have all the infos to see that I made the purchase and that I still have 0 coins but nah. This has to be the dumbest thing to do to towards a new customer, kills all the trust right from the start. I will never buy anything from this company EVER again. 17 years of gaming, I have never seen something like that, truly insane. |

And btw GGG your accounts and sub-accounts thing is complete garbage and a complete mess as well. At no point thought my Steam purchase, I had the choice to decide where the purchase was going. So it automatically went on a sub-account that was already going through the process of being deleted after contacting the customer support. Like wtf is this crap it's so bad

" I know, it`s very stupid the way they have made it. At least make mtx/points available to all sub-accounts, or let us choose, or give us some management options if you do not have a capable support team that can help. (POE2 should not be POE1.5, GGG, keep it slower, more tactical)
