game wont start - "patch available - restart poe2"

Connection error when trying to connect to the server. "There's a new patch to download. Please restart Path of Exile." I have the latest update installed on PS5 and can't log in to play. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I've also tried the other ideas given in this forum. No luck.

working now....had to restart again...no idea about loot filter yet

Ps5 working as of now, took a bit to login but working.

No update available on Xbox and the game will not connect to server, getting the "Game needs an update, please restart" message.
