Can't acces last rare mob becouse of map generation

I sent a bug report through the game and received the following number: 4 285 163 699.

As in the title, there is no path to the last mob (image: https://ibb.co/Zpp4DVxT). That's the second time this week, but the first time, there was a waypoint I could discover and teleport to it.
