Nice to see some real content. Kinda bummed to see we're REALLY STICKING WITH TOWERS BEING A THING, but at least they realize they suck enough to minimize how much we have to interact with them. And sometimes, at the beginning, give us back 6 portals.
Little note though, if you're making a game: 1. If you have to keep making something suck less update after update because everybody hates it, just REMOVE IT instead of wasting so much time changing it again and again to make it still suck, but less 2. If it works, fans love it, it sets your game apart, and it's a fun mechanic, don't find ways to ruin it. 6 portals. 6 tries for solo, 3 tries for duos, etc. It WORKS. Stop butchering your own game with bad changes for no reason except trying to be more different than your SUCCESSFUL GAME. Overall, good update. Finally getting some actual content. Still a little bare, but it's halfway on the way to being good enough to be a paid pre-order version. At this rate I might even give it another shot in a few months. |

A shame POE2 still looks pretty bad to me after the announcement. Will give it a try as I did with 0.1 and try beating myself through.
But 'fun' is another game. It's POE1. All the little bits and goodies in endgame won't make it more fun if you spent most of your time in ultralarge mazelike hellish maps where you have to kill every single rare to move on on your atlas. This, ascending, all the tediousness... and you implement 100 more mostly ultra-specific support gems which seems to me like being one of the core (bad) issues of this game... Good luck trying to make it great. For me personally, you got as many time as you keep POE1 alive. |

This is just feeling more and more like a forced transition rather than a player choice. No updates to POE 1 and instead just porting over many POE 1 features into POE 2. Oh well.. had fun while it lasted.

PC´s SHUT DOWN under DirectX has been fixed finaly??
That's more important than new Bloat...´ This druid class is worse than my Monk from what i have seen. So why waste weeks on her? |

Another example of the developers not listening to their playerbase and stick with the horrible endgame system and looting/crafting philosophy. This just isn't the step that was needed to get me excited. I hope others can enjoy it but I will wait this out.

As a poe1 player with thousands and thousands of hours in it and about 100 hours in poe2, this is not good enough for me to go back for. Nothing exciting.
